COMMON FAQS

  • Duration: Depending on the case and specific engagement request, we typically work with our clients on a monthly recurring, quarterly, six month, or annual basis. Optimized relationships are recurring in nature and are structured and billed on a monthly basis.

  • Pricing and Payment: We offer both fixed and flexible arrangements, payable either by hard or soft dollar, depending on the nature of services provided. Soft dollar services are processed through either Cowen Westminster or Jefferies. We also accept payment by check, ACH, or by corporate or personal credit cards. Given the domain in which we operate, a retainer payment depending on the size and scope of the engagement will be required at the close of any new relationship.

  • New Client On-Boarding: Our founder manages all new client on-boarding relationships.

At the end of the day, we view our existing clients as partners and when appropriate and mutually agreed, it's not uncommon for clients to become long-term stakeholders in our firm.
